Terms of Service

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Org Warden Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Org Warden", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Org Warden reports where personal data lives in a Salesforce org, who can reach it at object level, and what changed between two scans, and (with the Masking add-on, in sandboxes only) transforms sensitive fields. Metadata-only: we do not ingest, store, or transmit your customer record data.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorised access.
• You must be 18+ and have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.

Org Warden runs as a managed package that you install in your own Salesforce org. Nothing connects your org to Org Warden: there is no OAuth grant, no connected app, no credential held by us, and no network path from your org to our systems. Scans run inside the org when a person in your organisation starts them, and write their results to Org Warden's own records in that org.

An Evidence Pack is a file of counts, classifications and metadata that carries no field value. It leaves your org only when a person in your organisation exports it and uploads it to the Console.

By installing a package you confirm you have authority to install packages in that org. The package installed in production contains no code that writes to your records. The Masking add-on installs only in sandbox orgs and writes only there.

5.1 Pricing

Subscriptions are quoted per Salesforce org per month, GBP by default. Current pricing lives at orgwarden.co.uk/pricing.

5.2 Billing

Annual invoicing in advance by default; monthly available on request. Payment due on invoice terms. Credit card and bank transfer accepted.

5.3 Price changes

We give 30 days' notice of price changes. Existing annual terms are honoured until renewal.

5.4 Refunds

Monthly plans cancellable any time; no refunds for partial months. Annual plans refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days.

• No unlawful use.
• No attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the Services, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• No transmission of malicious code.
• No resale or sublicense without written authorisation.
• No automated access beyond the documented API limits.

You retain all ownership of your data. Our data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. The package reads your records and files inside your org in order to classify them; what it records, and what an Evidence Pack carries, is counts, classifications and metadata. Org Warden Ltd never receives your record values or file contents.

The Services and all software, designs, and documentation are owned by Org Warden. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription. Any feedback you provide, we may use royalty-free.

Target uptime is 99.9% excluding scheduled maintenance. Support is direct-to-founder while Org Warden is small; expect a response within 1 business day.

We warrant the Services will perform substantially as documented. If they don't, we'll correct the deficiency or refund the fee. Otherwise the Services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Services will detect every possible instance of PII, nor that they will produce compliance with any specific regulation on their own. Governance decisions remain yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Org Warden's total liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You indemnify Org Warden from claims arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days' notice. You may cancel any time; termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On termination we retain exports for 30 days for re-download, then purge.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

• These Terms plus the Privacy Policy and any signed order form are the entire agreement.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest survives.
• No waiver by delay.
• You may not assign without our consent; we may assign in an M&A.
